Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Different Deliver Address / ID Checks
We can carry out further checks to verify the cardholders details, such as requesting identification. We will never ask for any sensitive information to be sent to us. Please note the confirmation email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order

Commercial/Business Orders Delivery:
For commercial gyms/studios please call the sales team to discuss delivery and installation options.
Delivery times can increase during busy periods of the year. Please call to confirm current lead times if you require a quicker or dated delivery.
All parcels will require a signature.
Order before 3pm for delivery within 48 hours. Available on selected products only and subject to availability. Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday orders will normally be delivered on a Tuesday.
Free delivery to mainland GB addresses on orders over £99 are by either a parcel courier or a pallet courier. See below for further information.

We currently do not ship to Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea and Uganda.
maxdino-electronics ships most packages with UPS and FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels. DHL Mail is also available for many destinations. DHL Mail is a hybrid service from DHL that delivers to many international countries. The final delivery from this service is by the Post of that specific country.
Drop-Ship items will be shipped to us from our supplier before being shipped to you. Oversized items that don't fit Parcel Services standards will be shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will call you to inform you of your delivery method.
Fees & Shipping Cost
Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals.
Before completing any purchase, please check all product Specifications ("SPECS" tab) to make sure you're choosing compatible items that will work in your country. In addition, please confirm that your country's import rules and regulations will allow you to import the item you're purchasing.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, maxdino-electronics reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Signature and Time
All orders are shipped "signature required" upon receipt. International orders received before 7am Eastern Standard Time (GMT -05:00) will be shipped the same day. To avoid higher than normal shipping and duties charges, orders containing multiple items will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. Your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email, if your order will be delayed.
Due to export regulations and the complexities of international shipments, all drop ship items will be shipped to our warehouse and then shipped to you. This enables maxdino-electronics to help with your shipment during transit.
To avoid higher than normal shipping and duty fees, orders containing multiple items stored in different warehouses will be consolidated at one location prior to shipping. Therefore, your order may be delayed by an extra business day. We will notify you via email if your order will be delayed.
